Child Safety Standards

All Time has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Here's what's prohibited, the safeguards we've built into the app, how to report a concern, and what we do about it.

Our Commitment

All Time has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, trafficking, or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). These standards apply everywhere on the Service — calendars, events, posts, announcements, comments, direct and group messages, live streams, profiles, and any content generated through our AI features.

All Time is built for organizations, teams, and communities to coordinate schedules. It is not a platform for minors to be contacted by strangers, and we design, moderate, and enforce with that in mind.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly forbidden and result in immediate action:

Any content that sexually exploits or abuses a child, or that depicts a minor in a sexualized manner.
CSAM in every form — real, altered, drawn, animated, computer-generated, or AI-generated — including any attempt to produce such material using our AI image or event-extraction features.
Grooming, solicitation, sextortion, and trafficking, including inappropriate or sexualized communication directed at a minor, or attempts to move a minor to another platform or to an offline meeting.
Distributing, requesting, advertising, linking to, or acquiring sexual content involving anyone under 18.
Content that normalizes, glorifies, jokes about, or promotes the sexual exploitation of children.

Safeguards We Have Built

These are the concrete protections already in place in the All Time apps, not aspirations:

Minimum age requirement — you must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to hold an All Time account. See our Terms & Conditions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age, and we remove accounts we learn belong to them.
In-app reporting on every surface — posts, comments, messages, and user profiles each carry a report action, with dedicated reasons that include nudity or sexual content and harassment or bullying. Reports are recorded for review by our safety team.
Blocking — any user can block another user. Blocking hides that person’s messages, posts, and comments and prevents further contact, in both directions.
Closed-by-default communities — calendars and events are owned and administered by their creators. Admins control who can follow, who can post, and who can message, and can switch messaging or posting off entirely so that no open stranger-to-member channel exists.
Private profiles and visibility controls — users choose whether their profile is public or private, and event visibility can be restricted to specific roles or audiences rather than exposed to everyone.
Moderated live streams — live sessions are host-controlled, and hosts can remove participants. Streams are tied to an event and its permitted audience, not open to the public at large.
Content removal and account deletion — admins can delete posts, comments, messages, and channels; any user can permanently delete their own account and associated content from their profile settings.

Reporting Child-Safety Concerns

If you see content or behavior that endangers a child, report it immediately using the report action in the app, or email us at team@zenkoders.com with the subject line “Child Safety”. Include links, usernames, and any detail that helps us find the content quickly.

Do not download, save, screenshot, forward, or share suspected illegal material. Doing so may itself be a crime. Report it and leave it where it is so we and law enforcement can act on the original.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. In the United States you can also report to the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.

Enforcement

Child-safety reports are prioritized above all other reports and reviewed as quickly as we can. Depending on what we find, we may:

Remove the content and any copies of it.
Restrict features such as messaging, posting, live streaming, or uploading.
Suspend the account while we investigate.
Permanently ban the user and block attempts to re-register.
Preserve the relevant account data and content for lawful investigation.

We report suspected child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. A single violation of these standards is enough for a permanent ban — there is no warning system for child safety.

Compliance With Child-Safety Laws

All Time complies with applicable child-protection and child-safety laws in the jurisdictions where we operate, and we cooperate fully with lawful investigations, legal requests, and preservation orders relating to child endangerment or exploitation.
