Welcome to All Time — the social calendar that pulls everything you follow into one feed. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and All Time governing your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and related services (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account, tapping “Sign in”, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use All Time. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us right away at team@zenkoders.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• Create only one account for yourself and not impersonate anyone else.

All Time lets you discover, follow, and organize calendars and events, connect with other attendees through groups and messaging, share posts and announcements, and sync with third-party calendars. The Service is currently offered free of charge while in public beta.

We are always improving All Time. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time, and we may impose reasonable limits on usage to keep the Service healthy for everyone.

You keep ownership of everything you create on All Time — calendars, events, posts, messages, photos, and profile details (“Your Content”). So that we can operate the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute Your Content solely as needed to provide and improve the Service (for example, showing your public event to people who follow your calendar).

You are responsible for Your Content. Only share what you have the right to share, and remember that content posted to public calendars and events is visible to others.

Help us keep All Time a place people actually want to show up to. You agree not to:

• Break the law, or post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or deceptive.
• Spam other users, scrape the Service, or send unsolicited bulk invitations or messages.
• Upload malware, probe or breach our security, or interfere with the Service’s operation.
• Attempt to access accounts, calendars, or data that you are not authorized to access.
• Use the Service to create a competing product, or reverse-engineer any part of it.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

All Time includes AI-powered features, such as extracting event details from images or text you share and generating event artwork. AI output can be imperfect — always double-check dates, times, and locations before relying on an AI-created event. By using these features, you confirm you have the right to submit the content you provide to them.

All Time integrates with third-party services — for example, signing in with Google or Apple, and syncing with Google Calendar. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and an integration may stop working if the third party changes or discontinues it.

You can stop using All Time and delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. All Time is a beta product — we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any event information (including organizer-provided or AI-extracted details) is accurate. Event organizers, not All Time, are responsible for the events they publish.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Time and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (currently $0 during the free beta) or USD $100.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will give you reasonable advance notice — for example, by email or an in-app notice. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
