Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information All Time collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, mobile apps, and any related services (together, the “Service”). The short version: we collect what we need to run a social calendar, we don’t sell your data, and you stay in control of what you share.

We collect information in three ways — what you give us, what you create, and what your device tells us:

• Account information — your name, email address, password (stored hashed, never in plain text), and profile details like your photo and organization name. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your basic profile from them.
• Content you create — calendars, events, posts, announcements, group memberships, messages, and images you upload or submit to AI features.
• Contacts — only if you explicitly use the import-contacts feature, and only to help you find people you know. We don’t upload your address book in the background.
• Location details — locations you attach to events, so attendees know where to go.
• Device & usage data — device type, push notification tokens, log data, and how you use the app, which helps us fix bugs and improve the product.

We use your information to:

• Provide the Service — show you the calendars you follow, deliver messages, and keep your feed in sync across devices.
• Personalize your experience, such as suggesting events and calendars you might care about.
• Power AI features you invoke, like extracting event details from an image or generating event artwork.
• Send notifications you’ve enabled — event reminders, invites, and messages.
• Keep the Service safe: preventing spam, abuse, and unauthorized access.
• Understand aggregate usage so we can improve All Time.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t use the content of your private messages for advertising.

If you connect Google Calendar, we access your calendar data only to provide the sync features you asked for — importing your events into All Time and keeping them up to date. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we never sell it.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from your profile, which stops the sync and removes our access.

• With other users — content you post to public calendars, events, and groups is visible to others. Your profile visibility (public or private) is controlled by you in settings.
• With service providers — trusted infrastructure partners that host our database, authentication, storage, and push notifications (for example, Supabase and Google). They process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.
• For legal reasons — if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of All Time and its users.
• In a business transfer — if All Time is involved in a merger or acquisition, we’ll notify you before your data becomes subject to a different policy.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it for legitimate legal or security purposes. Content you shared with others (like a message in a group chat) may remain visible to them after you leave.

We protect your data with industry-standard measures: encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, scoped access controls, and row-level security on our database. No system is 100% secure, so please use a strong, unique password — and tell us at team@zenkoders.com if you spot something that looks wrong.

You’re in control of your data. At any time you can:

• Access and update your profile information in settings.
• Make your profile public or private, and block users or chats.
• Turn push notifications on or off per category, or entirely in your device settings.
• Disconnect integrations like Google Calendar.
• Delete your account, or email us at team@zenkoders.com to exercise rights you have under laws like the GDPR or CCPA (access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection).

All Time is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your country), and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we’ll remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy as All Time evolves. If a change is material, we’ll notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
